1. General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the entity operating the xbja platform ("Platform", "Website") and registered users ("Member", "User", "You"). These Terms define user rights and obligations, the scope of services, and the limits of xbja's responsibilities.

Multiple Accounts Are Prohibited

A single individual operating more than one account is strictly prohibited. If multiple members of a household use xbja, each person must be verified separately and must avoid using the same device or payment method. If multiple accounts are found, all related accounts will be permanently closed and bonuses will be forfeited.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

Keeping your account secure is your own responsibility. You are required to follow the guidelines below:

• Use a strong and unique password that you do not use on any other website.
• Never share your login details with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Always log out after using a shared or public device.

You are responsible for all activity carried out using your login details. xbja is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by a security failure on xbja's own part.

Deposit Terms

Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes. Withdrawals must be made to the same account used for the deposit. Depositing using another person's payment account is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms

Your account must be fully verified before you can submit a withdrawal request. Wagering requirements applicable to bonus funds must be met before withdrawal. xbja may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal under its anti-money laundering policy.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times the total funds including the bonus amount must be completed.

General Bonus Terms

• A specific bonus may only be claimed once, unless stated otherwise in the promotion.
• Bonus funds and winnings earned from bonuses may not be withdrawn before the required wagering conditions are met.
• Not all games may contribute equally toward wagering requirements — please check the details of each offer.
• xbja reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, xbja may forfeit the bonus and investigate the account.

VIP Loyalty Program

xbja maintains three VIP tiers for its regular members — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback applies at each tier: up to 0.5% at Bronze, up to 1.0% at Silver, and up to 1.5% at Gold. Moving up to a higher tier depends on activity and loyalty.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets on xbja are settled electronically. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Cricket and Sports Betting

• All bet values are determined at the odds displayed at the time of placement.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and funds will be returned.
• If an event is abandoned or ends before the scheduled time, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• Official results are used to settle bets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments.

Casino Games

All casino games run on software provided by third-party suppliers. Game rules can be found within each game's interface. If a game is interrupted mid-play due to a technical issue, xbja will make its best effort to ensure a fair settlement.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means (bonus abuse).
• Operating multiple accounts or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform for personal gain.
• Harassment or harmful behavior toward other users.
• Providing false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Operating an account in the name of or on behalf of a minor.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the xbja website — including logos, graphics, text, software, and data compilations — is protected under the intellectual property rights of xbja or its respective licensors. Users are granted a limited, revocable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Copying, distributing, publishing, or using any part of the platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission from xbja is prohibited.

Account Closure by the User

12. Limitation of Liability

xbja is not liable for losses arising from:

• Internet connection issues or third-party service failures.
• User negligence or account security failures.

• Service suspension at the direction of a legal authority.
